How to use: Hold the applicator close to the lash line and start at the inner corner. Draw a thin, even line along the upper lash line, working outward and gradually thickening toward the outer corner. To create a wing, extend the line slightly beyond the outer corner of the eye and angle it upward. Let it dry fully before opening the eye.
